Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
  •  You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at spaades.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, email us at spaades.pk@gmail.com.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items on clearance or marked as Final Sale

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
